Lawton Adams Construction Corporation has been serving communities throughout the tri-state region for over 70 years. Our business is diverse: we own and operate a large variety of equipment to perform all phases of site work and excavation, from drainage and erosion control to roadwork and the construction of riding arenas.

We also have an extensive supply yard located on Route 100 in Somers,
NY, where we sell a variety of materials: sand, gravel, topsoil, mulch,
wallstone, drainage pipe and fittings, to name a few. Additionally, recycling
is a major component of our business: Lawton Adams Construction
maintains a Westchester County permit which allows us to accept blacktop,
concrete, brick and rock, which we process to make competitively priced
recycled gravel, Item #4 and Rip-Rap. Visit us today, in person or

Site Work:  Driveways, drainage, land clearing, installation of septic systems, general excavating and earth moving.

Equestrian Projects: Design and installation of indoor and outdoor arenas, paddocks, grand prix fields, ring maintenance, dust control, and recommendations for footing.

Recycling: We accept concrete, blacktop, brick, rock and similar recognizable material at our yard for recycling.

Construction Materials:  Sand, gravel, Item #4, Portland Cement, rebar, filter fabric, silt fence, drainage pipe and fittings, boxes and basins, etc. Delivered or picked up at our yard -- see our Price List for a complete list.

Landscape Material: Topsoil, subsoil, fill, mulch, Sweet Peet, flagstone, wallstone, grass seed and fertilizer, rakes, etc. See our Price List for a complete list.

Winter Ice Control Products: Bulk or bagged Rock Salt, Sand and Salt Mix, Ice Control Sand, Calcium Chloride, Magnesium Chloride.

Summer (mid-March thru mid-November):
Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. Saturday, 7:00 am - 1:00 pm
Winter (mid-November thru mid-March):
Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. Saturday closed, unless snow is forecast, in which case we make every effort to open so that customers can purchase snow and ice control products. Please call to confirm.

Delivery Policies:
We deliver Monday through Friday only. There is a 6-yard minimum on delivery of bulk products such as gravel, topsoil, etc. and all of these products are delivered by tri-axle dump trucks. Palletized material such as portland cement and belgium block are delivered by flatbed truck, with a minimum of two pallets.
